Dr Carl Skinner is an Emergency Physician who trained and served in the US Army for 25 years before retiring from the military.  He has worked for the Washington Poison Control Center and currently for the Utah Poison Control center as a medical Toxicologist.  Currently, he works as an emergency medicine physician in Northern Utah.
