Activity Description:

This regularly scheduled activity will fulfill the ongoing need for EMS to remain current on assessment and management of acute stroke and other critical care medical problems that are identified in the field in order to maximize patient outcomes.

TARGET AUDIENCE: 

Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistance, Residents, Medical Students, Emergency Medical Services

1. Describe care and treatment plans for city and state guidelines

2. Examine comprehensive EMS systems and procedures

3. Explore medical/legal and ethical issues which is intended to improve the health of EMS personnel
