Activity Description: 
This continuing medical education (CME) activity is designed to provide care teams with a practical, evidence-based approach to the assessment and management of lower back pain (LBP). Given the high prevalence and significant functional and socioeconomic impact of LBP, this program will focus on improving diagnostic accuracy, identifying red flags, and implementing guideline-concordant treatment strategies.

Target Audience: 

This course is designed for hospitalists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, advance practice nurses, registered nurses, allied health professionals, physicians and residents.

Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
1. Apply Evidence-Based Workup Strategies for Lower Back Pain
2. Develop Individualized Treatment Plans
3.Integrate Interdisciplinary Care to Improve Patient Outcomes
