Activity Description:

This spine series will address standards of care issues and educate practioners on best practices. Facilitate inter-professional collaboration, discussion, and evidence-based case review related to clinical indications for surgery, treatment plans, and interventions for patients with chronic pain interventional needs and spinal conditions and rehabilitation. Provide updates in technology, evidence based medicine and review past cases for improvements in patient outcomes.

Target Audience: 

Physicians, clinicals, and supporting staff involved in the patient care of interventional pain and spine patients.

Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
1.Discuss evidence-based treatment options for spine conditions relative to the knowledge and expertise of each of the inter-professional team members.
2.Implement practice changes to improve care for patients with chronic pain and spine conditions.
3.Describe the diagnosis, management, and referral of patients with chronic pain and spine conditions.
