I began my healthcare journey at 16 and since then have served in roles ranging from Certified Nursing Assistant to Wound Care Coordinator, Steff Development Coordinator, Clinical Nurse Manager and Director of an outpatient wound care facility. My leadership has been grounded in lifelong learning, interdisciplinary collaboration and a deep belief in dignity and connection as essential elements of healing.
