Courtney Spencer is a CME Coordinator with HCA HealthONE Continental Division. She has her Bachelors of Science degree from Iowa State University with a major in Child, Adult and Family Services. In 2009, she received her Masters degree in Public Health from the University of Arkansas For Medical Science in Little Rock, where she majored in Health Behavior and Health Education. She spent seven years working with the Infectious Disease Program at the Arkansas Department of Health - primarily in STI/HIV prevention, and Tuberculosis Outreach, Education, and Prevention. She moved to Denver, Colorado in 2021. Her professional interests include infection prevention and education, community-based participatory research (CBPR), and the use of CBPR in developing effective health education programs for communities and clinicians.
