I am a Certified Medical/Surgical and Nursing Professional Development Specialist Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator with more than 18 years of experience in Medical/Surgical/Neuroscience nursing and stroke care, 20 years as a Clinical Instructor/Affiliate Faculty for nursing students, 5 years didactic instruction in a BSN program, and 9 years of experience in an acute care hospital Nursing Professional Development Educator role. I am passionate about improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and staff development. My experience includes bedside nursing, stroke care coordination, competency management, and leading educational initiatives across multidisciplinary teams.

Throughout my career, I have mentored nurses and students, developed and implemented education programs, and supported practice changes that enhance both patient care and clinical excellence.
