I am a dedicated and proactive healthcare professional with a decade of experience in advancing clinical excellence and delivering quality outcomes. My strong passion for improving patient care drives me to build robust relationships and work collaboratively with team members to achieve our goals. Additionally, I possess significant expertise in efficiently managing healthcare operations.

My career in healthcare commenced as an associate degree Nurse in an Oncology department, where I quickly developed a strong interest in establishing a new palliative care program. This initiative provided an opportunity to demonstrate my leadership, organizational, and operational capabilities, ultimately leading to my promotion to nurse manager within a year of graduating from nursing school. I spent several years as an inpatient nursing leader, during which I had the honor of launching new departments across multiple hospitals while completing my BSN and MSN degrees. This experience deepened my enthusiasm for operations and process improvement, guiding me to the Quality and Patient Safety Department, where I have been for the last five years and have earned my Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification. 

I prioritize collaboration, honesty, and commitment. In my personal time, I cherish RV camping adventures with my family and our pit bull, Bonnie, as we participate in CASI chili cook-off contests. Additionally, I have a passion for outdoor activities, including swimming and hiking.
