Sara Pierce has been with HCA Healthcare for the past 10 years, beginning her career at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. Sara was on the Physician & Provider Relations Outreach team at Wesley, where she built relationships with physicians and hospital leaders across the state. Sara transferred to the Denver-market in 2018 to work with the team at The Medical Center of Aurora on the Centennial Hospital expansion project. In her 3 years as the Director of Business Development at Centennial Hospital she spent her time recruiting new physicians and groups to campus, opening outpatient clinics, creating new service lines, and promoting the facility within the market. Sara joined the HealthONE Outreach team as the Director of Outreach for the Continental Division in November of 2022.

Sara completed her undergraduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Kansas State University, before going on to earn her Master’s degree in Public Health from Wichita State University. She, her husband, and two children spend their free time outside enjoying the beauty of the Rocky Mountains!
