My passion for pediatrics became firmly rooted during my clinical rotations, and now I can’t imagine doing anything else in medicine. In spring 2020, I completed my residency at Texas Tech Health Science Center School of Medicine in Lubbock, where I also attended medical school. It’s an honor to support families during the first year; it’s such a special time and it’s rewarding that I get to be a part of it. I also enjoy connecting with families to watch their kids’ development over time. Kids and teenagers develop such fun personalities and they have so many interests; building a trusting relationship with families during these life stages makes me feel like I’m making a difference.
