Cade has been with HCA for 3 years, beginning as a Project Manager for Sarah Cannon. He has supported multiple divisions, including Continental, TriStar, Mountain, Far West, and MidAmerica, while also collaborating with the Corporate Marketing and Navigation team. Cade has excelled in programmatic builds and data analytics, providing valuable insights and driving impactful projects across the organization. In addition, his tenure with Sarah Cannon has afforded him experience working across multiple service lines that impact Continental Division’s rural outreach growth initiatives. Cade joined Rural Health Network as the Division Director for the Continental Division in May of 2024. 

Cade earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and is currently completing his Master’s in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Healthcare Management, at Regis University, which he will finish in June. Outside of work, Cade and his wife are a dynamic team, sharing their passion for healthcare. His wife is a BMT ICU nurse at Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center, and they are proud parents of Nellie, their playful Golden Retriever.
