2025 Mission Trauma Symposium

The 2025 Annual Mission Hospital Trauma Symposium will provide updates on current evidence-based practices in order to optimize care for the trauma injured patient. All clinicians who engage in the care of the injured patient are welcome to attend. A variety of topics will be covered, including traumatic brain injury guidelines, drowning, and pediatric trauma..

Target Audience

The intended audience is Physicians, Nurses, Paramedics, EMS and Respiratory Therapists.

 

Learning Objectives

1. Identify, discuss, determine, plan and critique pediatric, adult, and geriatric trauma strategies.
2. Define trauma research and recognize key focus areas.
3. Describe evidence-based trauma patient practices.
4. Ability to examine prehospital care for trauma, and drowning.
