Jay Luo, M.D. completed a Pain Medicine fellowship at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon, where he remains affiliated as an assistant professor. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where he also earned his medical degree as well as his bachelor’s degree in genetics. Dr. Luo is double Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. His clinical focus is on the non-opioid management of chronic pain through a multi-disciplinary and interventional approach with the goal of functional restoration.
