Activity Description:

This comprehensive educational presentation is designed to provide healthcare professionals with an in-depth understanding of the evolving options for weight loss, both surgical and non-surgical. Learners will explore the latest advancements in surgical procedures, including bariatric surgery, as well as non-invasive treatments and medical interventions that are gaining popularity. Attendees will evaluate the risks, benefits, and financial implications associated with each weight loss approach, gaining a clearer understanding of how to guide patients toward the most appropriate solution based on their individual needs and circumstances. The presentation will also address emerging trends in weight loss therapies, ensuring that learners are up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices. This course is designed for hospitalists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, advance practice nurses, registered nurses, allied health professionals, physicians and residents.
