Dr. Shannon Daniel currently works for the State Department as a Senior Instructional Systems Designer where she works to develop and implement training for Federal Agents. During her tenure with Richmond Ambulance Authority, she worked as the Training Manager and helped develop the Peer Support Team. She participates on the ODEMSA Peer Support Team as Team Lead and responds throughout the region when activated. Shannon also sits on the Board of Directors for the Hanover Crew Foundation which is an organization that helps to raise funds for first responders in need of support going through critical situations and is a life member of West Hanover Volunteer Rescue Squad and serves as the Training Manager.
