Thanks to Dr. Arias' training as both a neurosurgeon and endovascular neuroradiologist, he can provide both perspectives in a single sitting. This allows a comprehensive, unbiased perspective, offering both open surgical and minimally invasive endovascular approaches to cerebrovascular lesions, such as aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, moyamoya disease, stroke, and carotid stenosis. Other areas of expertise include meningiomas, cervical spine disease, and minimally invasive spine surgery.
