Dr. Nalabothu is a highly skilled cardiologist who has been practicing medicine for the past decade. She obtained her medical degree from Deccan College in Hyderabad,India. Her Internship in Internal Medicine began at Mount Sinai in New York. After completion, she continued her training at University of Texas, where she ultimately joined their cardiovascular fellowship. Upon graduation she received specialized training in advanced heart failure and cardiac transplant at Houston Methodist and University of Texas medical branches combined fellowship program. Currently, Dr. Nalabothu serves as the Director of heart failure at St. Mark’s Hospital & The Heart Center at St. Mark’s.

She believes in the application of multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, personalized and cost-effective medical care. She hopes to continue to be a part of this philosophy in efforts of improving patient care.

Dr. Nalabothu resides in Salt Lake City with her husband and enjoys outdoor life with her three young children.
