Born in Luján, Buenos Aires, Argentina and graduated from the Faculty of Medicine (UBA) in 2002. She completed her residency in pediatric surgery at Children's Hospital Ricardo Gutiérrez in 2007.

She joined the Fundación Hospitalaria Children´s Hospital in 2008 as a Fellow and specialized in minimally invasive surgery.

In 2009 she started a research in magnetic devices, becoming the first woman surgeon specialized in transumbilical child surgeries with magnets.

Since 2013 she's been a member of the medical Staff of the Fundación Hospitalaria Children´s Hospital, as the coordinator of operating room and academic committee and she started with the development of simulation models in pediatric surgery.

Member of international societies of Minimally Invasive Surgery: "Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Surgeons" (SAGE) and "International Pediatric Endosurgery Group" IPEG.

Appointed Chairman of the membership committee of the new South American chapter of IPEG (2015) and member of the executive committee of IPEG: WORLD-AT-LARGE REPRESENTATIVES (2017-present)

Scientific secretary. Civil Association of Pediatric Surgery Argentina (ACACIP). 2017-2022.
