Donald Tucker is the Director of EMS Relations for HCA HealthONE, leading strategic EMS engagement across the Denver metro region. He brings over 20 years of experience in prehospital care, emergency department operations, and EMS–hospital integration.

In his current role, Donald oversees EMS relationship management, quality improvement initiatives, and regional outreach strategies aligned with trauma, cardiac, and stroke systems of care. His work focuses on improving communication between EMS agencies and hospital leadership, strengthening clinical pathways, and leveraging data to support system performance and market growth.

He previously served in EMS leadership roles in both Texas and Colorado, including positions at Medical City Alliance, Medical City Arlington, and Boulder Community Hospital. Donald is a recipient of the Frist Humanitarian Award and a multiple-year North Texas EMS Team Supporter of the Year honoree. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Business Administration from Western Governors University and is a nationally registered paramedic.
