Burn Quality Coordinator

Lisa graduated from Clemson University in 1988 with a BS in Nursing.  She joined the Joseph M. Still Burn Center at Doctors Hospital in June 1988 as a staff nurse.  During her 37 year tenure, she has served as a charge nurse, manager, burn prevention/outreach speaker and is currently the Burn Quality Coordinator overseeing quality and process improvement in the Burn Center and ensuring burn verification readiness.  Lisa combines hands-on experience with strategic oversight to enhance patient recovery and optimize care processes.  Her passion for advancing quality reflects her dedication to improving lives of burn patients and supporting healthcare teams in delivering the highest standards of care. Lisa is a member of the American Burn Association and serves as an Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) instructor.
