Dr. Bounthavy Homsombath currently serves as the Burn Medical Director for the Joseph M. Still Burn Center at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, GA, where he has improved patients’ lives for more than 13 years. Prior to JMS, Dr. Homsombath completed a fellowship in surgical critical care at the University of Texas Medical Branch.

As a surgeon dedicated to burn and wound critical care, Dr. Homsombath has co-authored multiple publications and frequently presents to national and international audiences on new research and processes in the Burn field
