C. Blake Sullivan, MD, is a fellowship-trained and board-certified head and neck surgical oncologist and otolaryngologist practicing at Centennial Head and Neck Surgery in Nashville, Tennessee. He earned his medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University before completing a residency in otolaryngology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and a fellowship in head and neck surgical oncology at Cleveland Clinic. Prior to joining the team at Centennial Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Sullivan served as an assistant professor of head and neck oncologic and reconstructive surgery at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. He is board certified in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery.

Dr. Sullivan specializes in reconstructive surgery for patients with head and neck cancer or those who have experienced trauma.
