Erica Takimoto, DO, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained gynecologic oncologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of all gynecologic cancers. She is known for combining advanced, minimally invasive and robotic surgical techniques with compassionate personalized care.
Dr. Takimoto earned her undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ followed by her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southwestern University in Orlando, FL. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, OH and furthered her specialization with a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at Florida Hospital Cancer Institute in Tavares, FL.
