Cade Crozier is the Division Director for the Rural Health Network at HCA HealthONE's Continental Division, a role he assumed in May 2024.

With four years at HCA, Cade began as a Project Manager for Sarah Cannon, where he supported multiple divisions including Continental, TriStar, Mountain, Far West, and MidAmerica, while also collaborating with Corporate Marketing and Navigation. He has a proven track record of excelling in programmatic builds and data analytics, delivering valuable insights and driving impactful projects across the organization. His background with Sarah Cannon also provided diverse service line experience, directly contributing to the Continental Division’s rural outreach growth initiatives.

Cade holds an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and a Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management from Regis University. Outside of work, Cade and his wife, a BMT ICU nurse at Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center, share a passion for healthcare and are proud parents to their Golden Retriever, Nellie.
