Activity Description:

The PSL/RMHC Grand Rounds is an interactive, interdisciplinary forum designed to improve a participant's ability to practice pediatric medicine by enhancing knowledge in clinical care, healthcare research, medical education, public health, and innovation implementation. Lectures and discussions showcase new pediatric procedures and address current topics in pediatric care.

Target Audience:

This course is designed for hospitalists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, advance practice nurses, registered nurses, allied health professionals, physicians and residents.

Learning Objectives:

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate knowledge of proper indications for Scoliosis surgery 
  2. Discuss outcomes for patients after fusionless surgery
  3. Summarize future directions for Vertebral Body Tethering
