Brian Gross, MD, FACS, is a Mayo Clinic-trained physician in the Roanoke Valley. He offers an array of surgical and non-surgical ear, nose, and throat treatment options for patients of all ages. Dr. Gross specializes in using advanced techniques and technologies to provide high quality patient care, including a breakthrough obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) treatment option for those who cannot use continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP). 

Dr. Gross's mission is to provide exceptional care to all patients by fostering quality relationships through open, regular communication and by providing the same care he would afford to his own family members.

As a Roanoke Valley native, he enjoys giving back to the community in which he grew up in. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and six children. Additionally, Dr. Gross is an avid runner and swimmer.
