Her career has focused on advancing maternal and child health through clinical excellence, quality improvement initiatives, and health policy engagement.

As an educator, she mentors students in delivering patient-centered, respectful reproductive healthcare grounded in shared decision-making. Her work with the Colorado Perinatal Care Quality Collaborative promotes quality improvement initiatives addressing the leading causes of maternal morbidity and mortality in Colorado. Her goal is to drive systems-level changes to ensure access to equitable, evidence-based reproductive healthcare for all.
