Katie Breen, MPH
Katie Breen is the Vice President of Programs for the Colorado Perinatal Care Quality Collaborative (CPCQC), where she leads clinical, community, and public health partners across the state in programs to reduce maternal mortality and morbidity and improve family health and wellbeing. An experienced leader in maternal and reproductive health, Katie has helped to implement statewide quality improvement collaboratives in several U.S. states; national public awareness campaigns to improve reproductive health and maternal wellbeing; and health policy and research translation to improve maternal-child and reproductive health outcomes, all with a focus on reducing racial disparities in maternal mortality rates and addressing social determinants of health. Katie earned her Master of Public Health at Harvard University with a concentration in Maternal-Child Health.
