Kelsey Melander, PharmD, BCIDP
Kelsey Melander, PharmD, is a board-certified infectious diseases pharmacist who co-chairs the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program at Rose Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. She has an interest in infectious diseases which began in 2008 when Melander was working as an HIV researcher. In her current role as co-chair of the stewardship committee, she serves as a strong advocate for optimizing antimicrobial use and creating effective collaborations with various departments to achieve this goal. Dr. Melander completed a PGY-1 residency in Brooklyn, New York and a PGY-2 residency in infectious diseases at the University of Colorado. She obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Anschutz Medical Campus.
