Megan Marchetti is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working in an outpatient private practice and community mental health setting. She specializes in treating adults living with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive and mood disorders, and trauma-related needs. Megan is highly trained in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches. Her clinical work focuses on empowering individuals to access their intrinsic capacity for resiliency and healing, and topics such as vulnerability, courage, and self-compassion are core principles of her practice.
