Rebecca Fowler BSN, RN, CPN, is the Outreach Collaboration and Education Director at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children. She is a Certified Pediatric Nurse with 15 years of critical care pediatric experience. During this time, she has worked primarily in critical care areas such as the Pediatric Emergency Department, Pediatric ICU and Newborn ICU. She is in charge of running the Mobile Training Center, providing newborn and pediatric education and consulting services for hospitals and EMS crews in a four state region. 

Rebecca graduated from Regis University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008. She has a won a Gold Star award (2021) for her hard work and dedication for implementing the Mobile Training Center- utilizing pediatric simulation education, in a four state region. She has also won a nurse advocacy award (2017) and a Shining-Star award (2022).  Rebecca has been nominated twice for the Daisy Award, recognizing nurses who demonstrate clinical expertise and extraordinary compassionate care.
