Dr. Francisco Arredondo is a double board-certified OB/GYN and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) specialist, recognized early in his career as the “Best Medical Student in the Country” by former Mexican President Carlos Salinas. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and completed advanced medical training at Mount Sinai, the University of Texas, and the University of Pennsylvania, before earning a Master of Public Health from Harvard University.

Dr. Arredondo served as Chief Medical Officer for both Inception and Aspire, helping lead innovation in fertility care nationwide. He is the founder of Pozitivf, the most cost-effective fertility center in the U.S., known for delivering high-quality, safe, and accessible reproductive care. He also co-founded IVF Academy USA, dedicated to training embryologists, advanced practitioners, and OB/GYNs in fertility medicine.

A published author, Dr. Arredondo co-wrote Finding You InFertility and authored MedikalPreneur: The Official Guidebook for Physicians' Success in Business. A pioneer in fertility care, he continues to advance access, education, and excellence in reproductive health.
