Tara is an accomplished registered nurse with over 20 years of diverse nursing experience across clinical and leadership roles. Currently she is the Manager of Patient Safety and Risk Management.  She is passionate about patient safety and quality improvement-helping to drive improvements in care delivery. Tara is adept in root cause analysis, managing incident investigations and implementing PDSA methodologies. Tara holds her master's degree in nursing administration from Chamberlain University and has recently obtain a certificate as a legal nurse consultant.
