Susan Bradley, PharmD
Susan is a New York based pharmacist for Stader Opioid Consultants. She has spent the past nine years working in hospital pharmacy, with a focus on Withdrawal Management Services, systemization and pharmacy leadership. She serves as a clinical pharmacist champion for the MOMs+ (Maternal Overdose Matters Plus) Program, which provides treatment for substance use disorders. She is the project manager for the Louisiana ICSED Naloxone Pilot, which helps birthing hospitals distribute naloxone directly to at-risk perinatal patients and families. Susan is the Director of Education and a clinical coach for the CMS/IHC Compass program, in which she works directly with some of the nations highest opioid prescribers to lower opioid use and institute harm reduction strategies like naloxone prescribing. She also serves as the committee chair of Opioid Stewardship and Diversion Prevention for Rochester Regional Health, a large health system in Northern and Western New York.
