Evaluating the Pregnant Patient with Preterm Premature Rupture of Amniotic Membranes

Preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM) is a critical obstetric condition with significant maternal and neonatal implications. This presentation will explore the infectious etiology of PPROM, the rationale for considering these patients as infected, and management strategies. Participants will enhance their ability to diagnose, assess risk, and implement effective treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.

This course is designed for hospitalists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, advance practice nurses, registered nurses, allied health professionals, physicians and residents.
