Physician Wellness: A Leadership Approach

This meeting provides an opportunity for clinicians and staff to review current clinical updates, institutional policies, and best practices to impact patient care. This meeting is designed to enhance interdisciplinary communication, reinforce compliance with regulatory standards, and address emerging issues relevant to the medical staff. Through structured discussion and expert input, participants will identify opportunities for practice improvement and strategies to optimize patient outcomes.
