Please read the following guidelines carefully before beginning your assessment. This activity is designed to satisfy ABIM Maintenance of Certification (MOC) requirements by evaluating your clinical decision-making in the management of this case. 

Assessment Guidelines

• Format: You will be presented with several clinical cases. You must review the patient history, lab values, and pathology reports to select the best management option.

• Passing Score: A minimum score of 70% is required to earn MOC points.

• Attempts: You are permitted a maximum of four (4) attempts.

• Progress: You may save your progress and return to the quiz at any time; however, once an attempt is "Submitted," it counts toward your total limit.

Tips for Success

• Latest Guidelines: Questions are based on current evidence-based standards, including recent data.

• Case Review: Pay close attention to specific biomarkers as these will dictate the correct therapeutic pathway.

• Rationale: After each attempt, you will receive feedback. We recommend reviewing the educational rationales for any incorrect answers before starting a subsequent attempt.
