CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Create your profile now and get access to your CME transcript and start enrolling into CME activities

  1. Select "Register" from the top-right corner of the homepage or go to https://cme.healthonecares.com/user/register
  2. Enter the required information and select "Create new account"

 

CELL PHONE SIGN-IN

Did you attend a Grand Rounds or Activity, where the attendance is recorded through your phone and your CME hours are not showing up on your transcript?

Please be aware that the number on your phone's caller I.D. or the number entered in the online portal must match with the number in the "mobile" tab of your EthosCE profile settings.

Log into your profile to verify or enter the number:

  1. Go to https://cme.healthonecares.com/my/edit/mobile
  2. Enter a number in the "phone number" field and save. Please do not use spaces or dashes.
  3. Update your transcript  by logging out of the site then logging back in.

CELL PHONE - NEW TEXT TO SIGN-IN

  1. TEXT
    Text the Event ID to 720-740-8767 to receive CME or attendance credit for this session.
  2. ENTER
    Enter the alphanumeric Event ID that was issued for the CME activity. The code for this session is available the day of the session only!
    You will receive a text confirming your attendance has been recorded. 

WEB OPTION/ONLINE PORTAL

  1. GO TO
    Alternatively, attendance can be recorded online through your desktop or mobile web browser by going to https://cme.healthonecares.com/code
  2. ENTER
    On the webpage enter the following items:
    1. You will need to be signed into your cme.healthonecares.com profile
    2. Enter the Event ID for the session
    3. The Event ID for the session is available on the day of the session only

  • The code for this session is on the day of the session only!
  • Watch out for autocorrect!
  • You will receive a confirmation message confirming your attendance, or containing further instructions regarding your transcript
  • Please confirm your mobile number is saved in your profile at cme.healthonecares.com/my/edit/mobile (must be signed-in)

You do not have a profile created at cme.healthonecares.com OR you have an existing profile, without your cell phone saved in the "Mobile" tab of your profile.

  1. If you do not have one, create your cme.healthonecares.com profile at the following link: https://cme.healthonecares.com/user/register
  2. If you do have a profile, verify or enter the phone number in your profile:
"Sorry, attendance opens at (time) on (date)"You have attempted to use the Event ID too soon before the session. Please try again later after the session starts.
"Sorry, attendance closed at (time) on (date)"The submission period for this session has passed. Event IDs are only valid on the day of the session. 

 

SUBMISSION PERIOD 

The Event ID expires at 11 pm of the day the activity ends. Submissions for attendance and CME hour(s), using the above methods, can be made until that time.

Create your CME at HealthONECares profile at the following link: https://cme.healthonecares.com/user/register

MOBILE NUMBER SETTINGS

To verify or enter the phone number in your EthosCE profile:

  1. Go to https://cme.healthonecares.com/my/edit/mobile
  2. Enter a number in the "phone number" field and save. Please do not use spaces or dashes.
  3. You will receive a confirmation code via text, and you will need to enter this code in your profile to save.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN USING THESE SIGN-IN METHODS BUT DID NOT ORIGINALLY CREATE A CME AT HEALTHONECARES PROFILE

To record your attendance and obtain your CME hour(s), please complete the following:

  1. Create your profile and add your phone number in the mobile settings as stated above.
  2. Once those two items are completed, refresh your account by logging out then back in.
  3. Your attendance is now recorded and the updated CME hour(s) will visible in your transcript: https://cme.healthonecares.com/my/activities

HOW IT WORKS

  1. The system captures the number on your phone's caller ID or the number entered in the online portal. This number must match with the number in the settings of your profile.
  2. The system then matches the Event ID to the activity and the amount of CME hour(s) offered.

Once both these items pair, attendance is recorded and the CME hour(s) will be visible in your transcript. 

DISCLOSURE FORM

If you have been identified as a course director, planner, moderator, peer reviewer and/or speaker for a CME activity, please complete your Disclosure Form in your EthosCE profile. This document must be completed by all individuals who have influence over the content of an educational activity.

  1. Go to your profile at https://cme.healthonecares.com/my/edit
  2. Select "Financial Relationships" 
  3. Complete this tab and submit

Your disclosure will be attached to your profile and can be updated at any time. 
If you have been identified as a course director, planner, moderator, peer reviewer and/or speaker for a CME activity, but you do not see the "Financial Tab" please contact your program director. 
If you are not a course director, moderator, peer reviewer and/or speaker for a CME activity you WILL NOT SEE THE FINANCIAL RELATIONSHIPS TAB.
