Activity Description:

Join us for Medicine Grand Rounds on the latest advances in diabetes care, featuring updates on artificial intelligence, cardiometabolic health, and incretin-based therapies. The session will review AI applications in diabetes management, cardiometabolic complications and newer treatment options, and the indications and clinical use of incretin medications, including GLP-1 receptor agonists. Participants will also gain practical insights into commonly asked questions about GLP-1 receptor agonists to support evidence-based patient care.

Target Audience: 

This course is designed for hospitalists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, advance practice nurses, registered nurses, allied health professionals, physicians and residents.

Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
• Comprehend AI applications in diabetes management
• Identify cardiometabolic complications of diabetes and newer treatment options
