My passion in life is to help underserved and vulnerable populations in order to better serve my community and help others improve their quality of life. During my professional career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations including individuals facing homelessness, addiction, and/or treatment resistant mental health diagnoses. With my years of experience working in the behavioral health field, I have refined and created a robust skill set that encompasses patient focused behavioral healthcare management, program development, community outreach, and training providers. In my current role at Behavioral Health Administration, I work as the Provider Training Specialist for the Quality and Standards team. I am committed to advocating for patient rights and quality of care through educating providers and facilities on Colorado behavioral health statute, rules, regulations, and best practices.
