Teresa has been a nurse for over 20 years which included emergency room, intensive care, and critical care transport. She has served in various leadership roles throughout that time including as Educator, Chief Flight Nurse, and Clinical Director for AirLife Denver.  During that time she completed training as a nurse practitioner and in that capacity has worked in urgent care and most recently as an Stroke APN at Swedish.   In 2023 she earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Regis University.
