2024 Winter Primary Care CME Conference Presented by the Sky Ridge Medical Staff

This activity will fulfill the ongoing educational needs of our primary care community in order to stay current with the most evidence-based approach to the evaluation and treatment of patients across the spectrum of care. This activity will afford primary care providers with the opportunity to hear from experts on topics relevant to the care of their patients.

Primary care physicians and APPs across Colorado.

At the conclusion of the activity, participants should be able to:

  • Integrate new and updated guidelines, practices, therapies, and tools into your daily practice
  • Develop and implement strategies that overcome patient and clinical barriers and improve health outcomes of your patients
  • Recognize the opportunities to enhance patient quality of life, encourage healthy lifestyles, and avoid unnecessary subspecialty consults
