Carli started her career at the University of Utah's Emergency Department as a registered nurse after graduating from Westminster College's BSN program. She realized her passion for program development and performance improvement which led her to St. Mark's Hospital where she started as the Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator while the hospital pursued an ACS Level II Trauma Verified and then became the Trauma Program Director. She obtained her Master's in Public Health at the University of Utah in 2021 and became the director of Trauma, Stroke, and Research. Carli is passionate about building relationships, creative problem solving, and project management and keeping people at the heart of everything.
