Danielle Sorte, MD
Dr. Danielle Sorte graduated from the University of New Mexico medical school. She trained in diagnostic radiology at the University of Utah. She completed a fellowship in Diagnostic Neuroradiology at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland and obtained a certificate of added qualification in neuroradiology. She also completed a fellowship in interventional neuroradiology at Johns Hopkins. She worked as a diagnostic and interventional neuroradiologist in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the University. She was first an Assistant and then an Associate Professor of Radiology and Neurosurgery, training residents and fellows. Her past research and clinical interests include kyphoplasty, interventional treatments of bone tumors, stroke, aneurysms, vascular malformations, and interventional spine and pain. She works as a radiologist for Utah Imaging Associates based at several Mountainstar hospitals, primarily St. Mark’s Comprehensive Stroke Center.
