Katherine McCraw, BSN, RN, CCRN, E-AEC, is a critical care nurse and ECMO specialist with a decade of experience in high-acuity cardiovascular care. She served as the ECMO Coordinator from 2022-2026, leading program operations, education, and quality initiatives. During her tenure, Katherine helped guide the Mission ECMO program to achieve the GOLD Center of Excellence designation in 2024. She remains deeply committed to advancing ECMO education, fostering collaborative practice, and improving outcomes for the most critically ill patients.
