Charlie began out of high school as a tech in a local regional emergency department.  After completing his BSN, he began working in the ED at Mission.  He served in multiple roles during his time in the emergency department.  He then began flying with MAMA in 2010.  He is currently the Base Lead at the Franklin Base.  He continues to be involved with his local fire department as a member of the board of directors and EMT/Firefighter.
