Lisa Pappas, RRT, MBA
Lisa started her career as a respiratory therapist working nights for a number of years before moving out of state and into other areas of healthcare including; air/ground transport, medical device sales, respiratory management, research-publishing medical abstracts, working on an advisory board for a neonatal ICU medical journal and working as a value engineer on a PI team. Lisa worked in leadership at the University of Utah overseeing Respiratory therapist in the NICU, SJ FSED, and Neonatal Airmed Team. While at the U of U she obtained her master's degree in business administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management. For the last 8 years, Lisa has been with HCA working as the Mountain Division Director of the Care Assure program and helping with other division related projects. When time permits, Lisa enjoys golfing, skiing, yoga, paddle boarding, horseback riding, hiking or spending time with family and friends. On occasion, you may run into her at a hospital working as a RRT because she's still passionate about patient care.
