Victor serves as the Director of Trauma Services at Rio Grande Regional Hospital, where he leads trauma operations, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes. With over eight years of nursing experiencing-five in emergency and trauma care-he successfully guided his hospital to achieve a zero-deficiency trauma designation survey earlier this year. He holds a Master of Science of Nursing and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration, and he is currently pursuing his Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership. Victor is actively involved in regional trauma and injury prevention committees, contributing to system improvement and outreach efforts across South Texas. He is also an engaged community member, serving on the Steering Board of Leadership McAllen, where he continues to foster leadership growth and civic engagement within the community. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, playing video games, and spending time with his family.
