Activity Description:

This activity is meant to organize and incentivize our neurology providers to review recent and relevant topics and updates in neurology. Neurology providers will read the published literature
prior to the event, and then have an opportunity to discuss their interpretation of the data. As a group we can then hear how others have interpreted the data and have a group discussion as to
whether this new information should change our clinical practice or viewpoint.
 

Target Audience: 

Neurologists, emergency department physicians, neurovascular physicians, hospitalists, neuro-intensivists, neurology residents and fellows, medical students, advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists, nurses and emergency medical service providers

Learning Objectives:

  •  Ability to comprehend the theme and content of the article
  •  Critically appraise the limitations of the study
  •  Integrate relevant findings into future clinical practice
