Alecia Ledward, MHA, CPCS, is the Director of Medical Staff Services at Timpanogos Regional Hospital, part of the HCA MountainStar Healthcare system. In her role, she provides strategic leadership for medical staff operations, overseeing credentialing, privileging, provider enrollment, and regulatory compliance. Alecia works closely with executive leadership, physicians, and governing bodies to strengthen medical staff governance, ensure accreditation readiness, and support a culture of quality and patient safety.

Alecia holds a Master of Healthcare Administration and is a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS). Known for her collaborative leadership style, she is passionate about building strong partnerships between physicians, hospital leadership, and administrative teams to improve processes, enhance communication, and support high-performing medical staff organizations.

She currently serves as President of the Utah Association of Medical Staff Services (UAMSS), where she leads statewide efforts to advance the profession through education, mentorship, and professional development. Under her leadership, UAMSS continues to expand opportunities for members to connect, learn, and grow while strengthening the role of Medical Staff Services professionals within healthcare organizations.
